Earth Orbit Command is the public coordination centre for Earth's orbital traffic, departure interfaces and communications continuity. Its operational authority is defined within Territorial Affairs; it is not a military or general civic government merely because its name contains Command.

What our teams do
Teams maintain traffic records, receiving-port handoffs, gateway liaison and communications interfaces. A ground departure, orbital traffic authorization, operator licence and personal travel credential are separate decisions. The duty desk connects them so that a passenger or operator can find the responsible next action.
Our decision powers and limits
Earth-Moon Operations coordinates shared Earth-Moon schedules, rescue handoffs and link continuity. Lunar residence and local government remain with Lunar Administration. Missed connections preserve passenger assistance and the competent review route. Earth blue identifies this operational family while the Union masthead remains black.
