COR / PUBLIC SERVICE NETWORK
Rights travel with you.
Interplanetary Corridors Authority is the public-service layer for journeys between regional jurisdictions. It serves passengers, crews, cargo custodians and gateway officers at the point where responsibility can otherwise disappear between departure and arrival. A traveller remains a person with a civic home, a receiving destination and portable rights; the vessel's registration does not replace those relationships. The authority coordinates transport welfare, custody handoffs, route governance and mutual-aid agreements.

Gateway administrations and recognised passenger or crew representatives participate in route compacts. Operators supply operational evidence but do not define civic rights unilaterally. A route instrument separates traffic, vehicle certification, market access, cargo custody, passenger assistance and rescue command. Transport & Navigation Commission owns transport standards, Social Protection Commission supports continuity and Emergency Rescue & Continuity Agency owns its competent rescue role. Home and destination registers remain responsible for their respective civic records through a journey, including an unplanned stop.
Transit services include accessible accommodation, classroom provision, care referrals, benefit continuity, protected crew employment rights and an independent complaint route. A missed connection or operator insolvency has a named receiving duty before institutions settle reimbursement. Public logistics support the movement of essential goods without giving the largest carrier control over all gateway access. Education and qualification records earned in transit remain recognisable through Education & Knowledge Commission. Personal case data travels through consented, purpose-specific handoffs rather than a universal passenger dossier.
The authority's operational record identifies the departure and receiving offices, each custody event, service obligations during delay and the competent command in an incident. Cargo transfers retain provenance and controlled-goods conditions even when the carrier changes. Welfare coordination does not claim to dispatch a real rescue or replace incident command. A diversion activates a receiving-port assistance agreement and a record of temporary jurisdiction. Changes to route compacts receive public scrutiny where they alter essential access or operator market power.
A passenger vessel diverts to an intermediate gateway and misses its contracted onward connection. The corridor desk records immediate welfare needs and receiving-port acceptance. Social Protection Commission protects continuity of support, Transport & Navigation Commission records the transport duties and the home civic register remains intact. Care or accessibility referrals have their own consented handoff. The passenger receives a reasoned service record and a complaint route while the operators resolve costs; assistance is not held hostage to that commercial dispute.
Keep support, accommodation and complaint routes accessible onboard.
