Contact and assistance

Contact concerning cometary & oort missions authority service and charter plan

Receiving role: Cometary & Oort Missions Authority receiving secretariat

• Short-period comet missions
• Long-period comet missions
• Mobile ice-recovery crews

Example needing assistance: A mobile cooperative proposes an ice-recovery mission with a university survey team onboard. The authority separates the recovery instrument from the scientific protocol and crew-support compact. Resources & Circular Industry Commission reviews material custody, Science & Discovery Commission reviews observations and Transport & Navigation Commission coordinates transport interfaces. If target uncertainty exceeds the declared working limit, recovery is paused while agreed observation can continue within its own safe scope. The final record states who supports the crew and holds the evidence during the pause

Contact roles for regional public service plan; local charter register; infrastructure and resilience report.
