Purpose and competence
Earth-Moon Operations evidence and source custody is maintained for Earth-Moon Operations. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Coordinates shared Earth-Moon routes, gateway schedules, rescue handoffs and communications continuity. Keeps the Earth and the Moon together while respecting both civic administrations.
The office reports to Earth Orbit Command and coordinates with Lunar Administration, Transport & Navigation Commission and Emergency Rescue & Continuity Agency. It cannot issue lunar legislation, replace clinical responsibility or acquire unrestricted passenger records. The public service promise is an accountable handoff: who holds the next duty, what information they need and how an affected traveller can seek assistance
