TRA / PUBLIC SERVICE NETWORK
Enables exchange of goods and services under enforceable common rules.
Trade and Single Market exists to make exchange possible without leaving communities dependent on opaque permissions or dominant gateways. It serves enterprises, cooperatives, service providers, regional market authorities and the people relying on essential supply chains. Market freedom is paired with product accountability, consumer rights and transparent access rules.

Directorates assess product admission, mutual recognition, interworld service passports, small-enterprise export support, trade remedies and critical supply concentration. Inner-system and outer-system trade have different custody and delay conditions. A shared rulebook records those interfaces without assuming that a shipment is always under direct supervision from its point of origin.
The Commission decides market-access matters within its mandate. Customs & Border Services Agency owns cargo clearance, Competition & Consumer Authority reviews market power and Transport & Navigation Commission owns transport standards. An admitted product is not automatically approved for every route, controlled-goods class or protected biological environment.
An Earth supplier sells a component to a Mars cooperative. The trade desk reviews product recognition and the service contract; customs reviews the manifest and custody; the receiving operator checks technical acceptance. If a supplier tries to bundle market access with an exclusive gateway contract, the restriction is referred for independent competition review.
Market Access brings together product admission, service passports and mutual recognition.
