INF / PUBLIC SERVICE NETWORK
Plans interoperable public infrastructure that remains maintainable across generations.
Infrastructure and Public Works makes public assets maintainable, accountable and usable beyond their construction announcement. It serves contracting authorities, community operators, engineers and residents depending on ports, utilities and civil structures. Its principal concern is the entire public obligation: build, inspect, repair, adapt and eventually retire.

Teams review gateway works, structural interfaces, utility engineering, public asset registers, major projects and construction services. A proposal states the engineering scope, receiving interfaces, maintenance evidence and responsible successor. A replacement part or changed load is assessed against the relevant standard rather than accepted solely because it fits physically.
Technical acceptance does not decide residency, allocate water or award a procurement contract. Housing & Habitat Commission, Water & Volatiles Commission and Public Procurement & Supply Agency own those interfaces. Public works findings identify which changes reopen review and which maintenance actions remain within an existing scope. A sponsor's closure does not remove asset custody duties.
A moon council replaces a critical docking connection. The works office reviews loads, compatibility and the handoff between old and new equipment. Procurement records the neutral specification; the local community records temporary access. The decision names the repair custodian, retained drawings and the retirement duty for the old connection.
