Rescue handoff is maintained for Emergency Rescue & Continuity Agency. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Coordinates life-saving rescue and continuity when pressure, power, transport or civic systems fail.
Earth and lunar teams prepare a cislunar exercise. The plan separates simulated events from live operations and names the command handoff through Earth-Moon Operations. The debrief records missed messages, inaccessible refuge and unresolved receiving duties alongside technical performance. Corrective actions have named owners and a later review event
