Earth Orbit Command amendments and continuing conditions is maintained for Earth Orbit Command. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Leads earth orbit command for territorial affairs; coordinates the listed specialist offices and publishes reasoned decisions.
Earth-Moon Operations coordinates shared Earth-Moon schedules, rescue handoffs and link continuity. Lunar residence and local government remain with Lunar Administration. Missed connections preserve passenger assistance and the competent review route. Earth blue identifies this operational family while the Union masthead remains black
