Main Belt Commonwealth amendments and continuing conditions is maintained for Main Belt Commonwealth. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Asteroid communities and working habitats across the main belt; Ceres has its own local district.
Workers charter a habitat cooperative after an operator enters insolvency. The district records a resident vote and the essential utility inventory. Economic Development Commission reviews the enterprise structure, Labor & Livelihoods Commission protects wages and exit rights, and Competition & Consumer Authority examines whether a gateway supplier is using the transition to impose exclusive contracts. The civic charter is separated from the transfer of equipment and debt. Residents can receive a continuity covenant while ownership disputes proceed through the competent legal route
