Purpose and competence
Health & Biomedical Commission evidence and source custody is maintained for Health & Biomedical Commission. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Coordinates accessible care and research across gravity environments and long travel times.
A resident needs continuing care while travelling between worlds. The originating team provides a purpose-specific referral, the receiving team records acceptance and the transport interface identifies support duties. Commercial reimbursement disputes are separated from the care handoff, and clinical data is not copied into a general public travel register
