Purpose and competence
Equality & Accessibility Commission evidence and source custody is maintained for Equality & Accessibility Commission. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Ensures equal civic participation across disability, language, origin, gravity adaptation and life circumstance.
A traveller cannot use a gateway's standard transfer system. The receiving office records the practical barrier and agrees an accessible route with transport and local service providers. The traveller's complaint and onward civic record remain intact while responsibility for the adjustment's cost is settled
