Interprets the charter and guarantees judicial review across the Union.
The Court does not manage ordinary service queues or write an agency's operating plan. Justice & Legal Cooperation Commission supports legal assistance and cross-region cooperation, while Union Ombudsman offers an accessible maladministration route. A complaint, appeal and petition are different procedures
