Purpose and competence
Charter, common budget and public institutional register is maintained for The Solar System Union. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: A democratic federation of human communities across the Solar System, joined by shared rights, common services and accountable institutions.
The common market covers movement, trade, services and settlement under enforceable safeguards. Essential air, water, basic power and assistance cannot be used as private debt enforcement. Scientific protection and future-generation scrutiny precede irreversible interventions. A usable public system names the receiving office, evidence needed, competent decision-maker and review route rather than treating the resident as a messenger between institutions
