Extraction finding is maintained for Resources & Circular Industry Commission. Its scope follows the office’s mandate: Coordinates responsible extraction, material reuse and industrial metabolism.
An asteroid processor mixes material from several cooperatives. The custody review checks whether each batch's provenance, quality and closure duties remain recoverable. A certified recovery loop names the actual return pathway and rejects claims based only on a planned recycling percentage. Community benefits and worker rights remain in separate enforceable records
