Identify the source custodian, version and purpose of qualification evidence. Qualification records, assessed outcomes and supervision evidence are compared for the requested scope. Remote or transit study is assessed on competence rather than dismissed by location.
For issuing institution, name the receiving scope and any outstanding acceptance. Explain a missing or disputed element instead of silently replacing it with an unrelated record.
For requested professional scope, provide the independently assessable finding or agreed alternative. State its conditions, expiry or material-change trigger; a favourable summary is not a substitute for the source.
Identify the missing element, its custodian and the alternative you can provide. Preserve conflicting versions and explain the difference. The receiving office states what it can establish and which question remains open.
